How much do I love Peter Som’s SS13 presentation? The pieces - cuts, prints, fabrications - are very compelling, and the styling shows them very well. The looks are at once chic and easy, and the hair/makeup expresses the point of view so clearly. It’s hard to make all these colors and shapes look sharply edited, but Peter’s done just that.
Maybe I’m biased because I am this girl up there, but, then again, I’d be tougher on collections that attempt this aesthetic without hitting the target.
